Dev's (Sunil Shetty) passionate love for Anjali (Shilpa Shetty) cannot be denied but her wealthy father, Saigal, refuses to accept Dev as his son-in-law . So, Anjali's marriage is fixed with Ram (Akshay Kumar), a rich businessman from Delhi. Ram falls in love at first sight and ... Anjali is emotionally blackmailed into marrying him.
